Common Sense Youth Organisation welcomes new chairman   @CSYO

On Augsut 15, the Common Sense Youth Organisation (CSYO) held the 7th Report-Election conference in a video format.

During the conference streamed live on Facebook, a new chairman, board members and members of the Control-Revision Commission of the organization were elected via e-voting. The ballots were emailed to the members who were eligible to vote. After the moderators announced the conference’s agenda, the incumbent chair, board members, members of the Control-Revision Commission and other team coordinators delivered reports featuring their two-year activities.  

Three members were nominated for the post of CSYO chairman, seven – for board members, and two – for members of the Control-Revision Commission. Out of 58 full-fledged members of the organizations, 55 exercised the right to vote.

According to the election results, Orkhan Bayramov was elected a new CYSO chairman for a two-year term. Javid Nabizade, Ali Eminli, Amina Abdullayeva and Rashid Abbasov were elected board members of the organization, while Mushafarim Mammadova and Sevinj Gasimova became new members of the Control-Revision Commission. The newly elected members will serve a two-year term. 

Following the election process, Ramiz Aliyev, CYSO co-founder, provided information about the amendments proposed to the organization’s Charter. The amendments were put to the vote and adopted.
