"As one of the interested sides of the conflict, the Azerbaijani community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been suggesting a dialogue between the Armenian and Azerbaijani residents of the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan for many years. However, Armenian political leadership prevents this by raising Azerbaijani phobia to the level of state policy. Even Armenia rejects the existence of the Azerbaijani community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan shamelessly," Azerbaijani MP noted.
"If Smbatyan really supports the dialogue between two nations, then let him support the proposal of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh. However, the statement of the Armenian ambassador that "the settlement of the conflict depends on OSCE Minsk Group, not us" is another manifestation of Armenia's efforts to avoid responsibility.
The reason of the unsettled conflict is the illegal presence of Armenian troops in Azerbaijan. With the withdrawal of Armenian troops from occupied Azerbaijani lands, relations between two nations can be restored easily," Tural Ganjaliyev also stated.
