"In terms of military, the situation remains unstable. Armenia continues shelling Azerbaijani positions," Azerbaijani FM noted.
Bayramov also emphasized the necessity of the immediate, unconditional and complete withdrawal of the Armenian occupying forces from all occupied territories of Azerbaijan to ensure security and prevent provocations in the region.
"In this regard, we hope that the international community, mainly the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, will force Armenia to discard the policy of maintaining the status quo and start substantive negotiations," Azerbaijani FM also added.
