Azerbaijan and Armenia are interested in the normalization of the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said Russian FM Sergey Lavrov in his meeting with the students of the Moscow State International Relations Institute.
Russian FM also stated that he had a phone call with Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov and Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on August 31.
"We witnessed that the two countries are interested in maintaining peace and restoration of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs's meetings in the region", Lavrov added.
