New provocation plans of Armenia prove that it is not interested in a peaceful solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Azerbaijan Prosecutor General's Office said.
On September 21, at 09:20, as a result of provocation Armenian armed forces killed a serviceman of the Azerbaijan Army, Junior Sergeant Mammadov Elshan Ali in Tovuz direction on the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border.
A criminal case was initiated at Shamkir District Prosecutor's Office under Article 100.2 (waging aggressive war) and Article 29, 120.2.12 (deliberate murder based on national, racial, religious hatred or enmity) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
