Jeyhun Bayramov made these remarks during his telephone conversation with his Moldovian counterpart.
Azerbaijani FM informed his counterpart on Armenia's recent provocations in the region, including provocative statements by the Armenian leadership. He emphasized, such actions undermine the settlement of the conflict through negotiations.
Stating that an Azerbaijani serviceman was killed today by Armenian armed forces on the border between the two countries, the minister said that Armenia bears all the responsibility for this crime committed on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
