Armenia and Azerbaijan must immediately suspend military operations, and the crisis over the Nagorno-Karabakh must be resolved peacefully through diplomatic means, said German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas in his statement.
"I call both sides of the conflict to immediately stop all military actions, particularly the shelling of villages and settlements ...", the German Foreign Minister noted.
Heiko Maas stated that the conflict can be resolved only through negotiations with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group.
