Due to the provocative nature of the military-political leadership of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian armed forces continue to fire on densely populated settlements, individual houses and buildings, as well as civilian objects with heavy artillery by grossly violating the norms and principles of international humanitarian law. As a result of such attacks, fires occur and civilian properties are seriously damaged.
Today, as a result of the intensive shelling by the enemy fires occurred at civilian properties in several villages of Aghdam and Tartar regions. As a result of operative measures by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan , the fires were extinguished in a short time.
