During the interview, the diplomat spoke of the historical and legal aspects of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijan's position on the settlement of the conflict, Armenia's recent provocations, the position of foreign countries, including Russia, Turkey and Germany. He informed the local community about the ineffectiveness of the talks and other issues.
