"Armenia opens fire at the Azerbaijani cities aiming to involve Russia and the Organization for Collective Security (CSTO) in the conflcit, said Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko, AzVision.az reports citing APA.
"By inflicting a blow on the Azerbaijani cities, Pashinyan aims to provoke Baku to retaliate against the targets in Armenia, and then turn to Russia for help and the CSTO as a" victim of aggression", Igor Korotchenko noted.
Considering the fact that the Armenian military units in Nagorno-Karabakh which do not have high-powered weapons, strikes on military facilities in a number of Azerbaijani cities to destroy civilian settlements and kill civilians, Korotchenko added.
