I congratulate everyone who rejoices in our victories! - Mehriban Aliyeva

First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has made an Instagram post regarding the victories of our army on the front line, AzVision.az reports.

"I sincerely congratulate all the Azerbaijan people and everyone who rejoices in our victories. May God rest the souls of all our martyrs! May Almighty God protect our Army, our People, our Motherland and our President! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!," Mehriban Aliyeva wrote.
