"There are four resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council in 1993. It calls on Armenia to immediately withdraw from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan ceasing the hostilities. In 1994, hostilities were ceased. However, Armenia has not left yet. Resolutions of the UN Security Council are the highest manifestation of the international law. Therefore, currently Armenia is outside the international law and Azerbaijan has the right to return its occupied territories," Bryza noted.
