"We have taken the troops back in some sectors of the frontline based on tactical reasons," Vahram Poghosyan, "press secretary of the NKR president" said today.
He said, it has been done to avoid unnecessary victims and inflict larger losses to the enemy’s troops.
It is quite obvious that the military-political leadership of Armenia tries to keep a good face in a bad game. After all, what we see is a panicky withdrawal of Armenian "zinvors" (members of Armenian terrorist groups).
