Ombudsman's Office issued a statement on Ganja

In violation of the requirements of the humanitarian ceasefire on October 11, 2020, the Armenian armed forces fired on a building in the center of Ganja, the second largest city of the Republic of Azerbaijan at a distance of more than 100 km from the war zone. 7 civilians were killed, 28 got wounded and numerous civilian infrastructure facilities were severely damaged, AzVision.az reports the Ombudsman's Office.

It is noted that appropriate measures are being taken to rescue people trapped in the rubble at the scene. The number of deaths and injured may increase.
