Qazi made the remarks commenting on Armenia’s latest rocket attack on Azerbaijan’s Ganja city, which claimed the lives of 9 civilians and left 34 others injured.
The Pakistani general called the Armenian attack ‘inhumane action’.
He noted that Azerbaijan must attack and liberate all its occupied territories.
““This may be done before a ceasefire that can be established under international pressure. According to international law, Armenia must withdraw from the occupied Azerbaijani lands,” Qazi added.
The Pakistani general also reiterated his country’s strong support for Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
