Azerbaijan confirms 230 new coronavirus cases

Azerbaijan confirms 230 new coronavirus cases

Azerbaijan has confirmed 230 new cases of the novel coronavirus, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told AzVision.az.

Some 122 patients have recovered, while 1 has died, the headquarters noted.

The overall confirmed cases in Azerbaijan have reached 41,982, with 39,357 recoveries and 609 deaths.

Some 2,016 people are currently being treated in specialized hospitals. A total of 1,176,720 coronavirus tests have been carried out in Azerbaijan so far.
