Former Prime Minister of Croatia sends letter to Azerbaijani President

Former Prime Minister of Croatia, member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center Jadranka Koso has sent a letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, AzVision.az reports.

The letter reads:

"Your Excellency.

We are following the current situation with great concern. At a time when the whole world is fighting against the deadly COVID-19 virus, there is no justification for killing children and destroying cities. This is a crime against humanity.

We call on the United Nations and other international organizations to be more active, as well as to fulfill their commitments.

"Mr President, we thank you for all your support to the Nizami Ganjavi International Center and its international status, which we work to promote international law under the leadership of our co-chairs. Thanks to this support, our centre has become a reliable and influential international organization".
