“These engraving on the parcels of missiles which fired to Ganja and Mingachevir prove that they were SCUD Missiles. Ballastic missile which can carry nuclear heads. Thorough investigation by ANAMA proved. Ballastic missile with huge impact to dense residential area,” Hajiyev wrote on his Twitter page.
Some 10 civilians were killed and 34 others wounded as the Armenian armed forces fired a missile on Ganja, the second largest city of Azerbaijan.
