Azerbaijan is not conducting operations in the territory of another country but in the one under its sovereignty, said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration in his interview to El Mundo newspaper (Spain), AzVision.az reports.
Azerbaijani President's Assitant touched on the recent military provocarion of Armenia and its missile attacks on Azerbaijan's cities and regions which are far from the conflict zone.
