"SCUD Ballistic Missile attack and indiscriminate killing of civilians by Armenia's Nickol Pashinyan in Ganja is the same tactic and missile system used by Saddam Hussein against civilians," Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote on his Twitter page.
