We expect a fair and resolute decision from UN Security Council - Azay Guliyev

"Pashinyan and Tonoyan will absolutely be punished for their war crimes in Ganja. This punishment must first be given by the United Nations Security Council. We expect a fair and resolute decision from the Security Council on October 19. This will be their trial before the history, "Azerbaijani MP, Vice President of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Azay Guliyev said.

"Azerbaijani state and army continue to punish these criminals by liberating our lands from occupation. Today, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev's announcement of the liberation of Fuzuli is a heavy blow to the occupying country, another punishment for Pashinyan and Tonoyan. These criminals will receive their heavy punishments after the liberation of Shusha and Khankendi. This historic and glorious day is not far. So far, no criminal has escaped justice. Let our people be sure of that! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!," Guliyev stated.
