Killing civilians in Ganja is a crime against humanity - Avigdor Lieberman

Former Minister of Defense and Foreign Affairs of Israel Avigdor Lieberman recorded an audio message in support of Azerbaijani people regarding killing of Azerbaijani civilians as a result of the rocket attack on Ganja city.

The message reads:

“Shelling on regions that are not in the conflict zone is a direct violation of the international law. Killing civilians - adults and children - is a crime against humanity, which contradicts all the international legal norms, starting from the Geneva Convention. In this hard time of your nation, first of all I want to extend my condolences to all the families and relatives of those killed, and certainly express my support for the entire people of Azerbaijan. I do hope that this conflict - its next outbreak will end in the shortest possible time, and all those who are responsible for all this will be punished. "
