Azerbaijanis of Hannover commemorate victims of Ganja terror

Members of the Azerbaijani community took part in a commemorative ceremony organized by the German-Azerbaijani Friendship Society at Kropke Square in Hannover, Germany.

The attacks of the Armenian armed forces on civilians, the killing of dozens of innocent people in various cities and regions, the destruction of civilian objects were strongly condemned, and this act of vandalism was presented to the local public in a staged form.

They noted that the heavy artillery shelling of Ganja and Mingachevir, located far from the front line, is a vivid example of Armenian vandalism, and called on the international community to condemn the atrocities of Armenians and support Azerbaijan in its just struggle to restore territorial integrity.

The Armenian army, violating the humanitarian ceasefire, on October 11 and 17, 2020 at night fired rockets on Ganja, the second largest city of Azerbaijan, outside the front-line zone. As a result of rocket attacks on the occupying Armenian army, residential buildings in the central part of Ganja were destroyed, civilian objects were seriously damaged, 23 people were killed, 83 civilians were seriously injured, and the city itself was seriously damaged.
