Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov highlighted importance of stopping the attacks on civilian settlements at a joint press conference with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Maria Peschinovich Buric.
Lavrov noted that despite the Moscow agreement, the attacks on civilian settlements continued, which is unacceptable.
Note, on the night of October 16-17, 13 people were killed and 52 got wounded as a result of missile attack by the Armenian Forces on the central part of Ganja, Azerbaijan's second largest city which is located far from the frontline.
