He added that Karabakh is the land of Azerbaijan, as it has been throughout history.
"International law also confirms this. The UN Security Council, the OSCE, the European Parliament, and other bodies have relevant decisions on this issue. The whole world has recognized Armenia as an aggressor. The bombing of civilians is a war crime. Unfortunately, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group turned the blind eye to this massacre, crimes against humanity, and did not raise their voices. Hopefully, Karabakh will be liberated soon.
