Armenian military forces targeted the Goranboy region of Azerbaijan which is densely populated by civilians, AzVision.az reports citing the press statement of ANAMA.
Special operations teams found four 9N235 bombs placed on a 300 mm 9M525 missile fired by the Armenian side at the area.
This fact once again proves that Armenia military groups continuously use prohibited cluster munitions against civilians.
