On October 26, at 15:30, the Armenian Armed Forces shelled Terter city of Azerbaijan violating the humanitarian ceasefire, AzVision.az reports.
Note, third ceasefire was agreed between Azerbaijan and Armenia starting from October 26, 2020 for humanitarian purposes for the exchange of prisoners of war and other detained persons and bodies of the dead, mediated and in accordance with the criteria of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
