Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Russia discuss Karabakh issue

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, AzVision.az reports citing Turkish media.

The ministers exchanged views on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Syria and Libya.
