On October 28, Armenian Armed Forces launched missile attack on civilians living in Terter city of Azerbaijan and the region using Smerch rocket launch system in a violation of the humanitarian ceasefire, AzVision.az reports citing the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
No casualties reported.
Note, a ceasefire was announced between Azerbaijan and Armenia starting October 26, 2020 for humanitarian purposes for the exchange of prisoners of war and other detained persons and bodies of the dead, mediated and in accordance with the criteria of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
