Utility infrastructure to be established in liberated areas

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan will organize the provision of communication to employees of government agencies (institutions) in the liberated territories.

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the organization of temporary special administration in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.

The decree states that the Ministry of Health and the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance will take necessary measures to provide emergency medical care and other health services to employees of state bodies (institutions) operating in the liberated territories.

Also, Azerishig Open Joint-Stock Company, Azersu Open Joint-Stock Company and Azerigas Production Association of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan will provide electricity, water and natural gas to relevant buildings for the operation of state bodies (institutions) in the liberated territories.
