Expressing Azerbaijan’s stance, Minister Bayramov informed the co-chairs about Armenia’s destructive actions, its targeting civilians and settlements, using banned weapons against peaceful population and committing war crimes.
Later, a meeting between the Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers with the participation of the co-chairs kicked off.
