"Presence of foreign fighters and mercenaries in the ranks of Armenia's armed forces are reaffirmed in the reportage of Reuters. We have stated on multiple occasions that Amenia involves mercenaries from Lebanon and Syria along with PKK terrorists,"Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev wrote on Twitter.
