Hajiyev made the remark at the briefing, AzVision.az reports on Nov. 3.
The presidential aide said that the Azerbaijani Army does not target civilians and civilian objects, and operation is underway to force the occupier to peace.
"Armenia disseminates false information about the attack on civilian objects in Khankendi and other settlements. We are not at war with civilians. Only legitimate military targets are being attacked. Armenian servicemen who are captured by Azerbaijan are also not subjected to any physical and psychological pressure. We act in accordance with our international obligations in this area. This is the main difference between Azerbaijan and Armenia. As an example of such a humanitarian policy, the bodies of 30 Armenian servicemen, who were in Azerbaijan some time ago were handed over to Armenia," Hajiyev noted.
