The Armenian Armed Forces are shelling the villages of occupied Aghdam region of Azerbaijan using with heavy artillery, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev tweeted.
“It was obvious in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia that they were paving ground for new war crimes against civilians in Azerbaijan”, Hajiyev said in his tweet.
