"Yet another innocent victim of Armenia's terror. 16 years old young gentlemen -Shahmali today was killed in Barda as a result of Armenia's targeted/delibarate attacks on Azerbaijani civilians. Barda is away from combat zone. There was no military necessity," Assistant to the Azerbaijani President, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev wrote on his Twitter page.
