On November 8, Azerbaijan’s Aghdam region was subjected toheavy artillery attack from different directions of the Armenian armed forces, the Prosecutor General’s Office told AzVision.az.
Badalov Mukhtar, born in 1967, wounded as an Armenian-fired shell hit in Orta Garvand village of Aghdam.
At present, all possible investigative measures are being carried out by the prosecution authorities.
