Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources have identified in the country’s liberated lands massive environmental terror and catastrophe committed by Armenia during years of occupation, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the Azerbaijani President, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote on his Twitter page.
