The observation and inspection missions of Russia and Turkey will be deployed to the Nagorno-Karabakh region within the same context, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan while answering journalists' questions, AzVision.az reports.
"Currently, Russia has started to deploy its peacekeeping troops to the rgeion. Negotiations are underway between the Turkish and Russian foreign ministers, and a delegation from Russia is visiting Turkey, and talks will be held here, too", Erdogan added.
