  Turkey, Russia to discuss details of joint ceasefire control center tomorrow

Details of the Turkish-Russian joint ceasefire control center will be discussed with the Russian delegation tomorrow, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told media reporters on Nov. 12.

"The center will be in Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan will decide wherever it is approppriate. This center will do important work. It will monitor and investigate complaints when they occur. We hope that Armenia will learn from its past mistakes."

Yesterday Turkish National Defence Minister Hulusi Akar and Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu signed a memorandum on the establishment of a joint ceasefire control center in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
