 Azerbaijan creates working groups to assess and eliminate damage caused by Armenian aggression

Working groups has been established to assess and eliminate the damage caused to the civilian population, state property, including infrastructure facilities, as well as to business entities, as a result of the aggression of the Armenian armed forces against Azerbaijan, which began on September 27, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers told AzVision.az.

Upon a presidential order dated 6 November 2020, a State Commission was created to ensure the assessment and elimination of the damage caused to the civilian population, state property, including infrastructure facilities, as well as to business entities, as a result of the aggression of the Armenian armed forces against Azerbaijan, which began on September 27, 2020.

On November 9, the State Commission held its first meeting to fulfill the tasks arising from the order.

On November 12, the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan signed a relevant order to ensure the implementation of the President’s instructions.

According to the Prime Minister’s order, three groups – Coordination Group on the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers, Working Group on the management of relevant areas, consisting of deputy heads of relevant government agencies, working groups consisting of representatives of relevant government agencies – were created.
