The journalists witnessed the process of neutralization of a white phosphorus shell fired by the Armenian Armed Forces to the village of Alkhanli. Earlier, two such shells were fired at the territory of Fuzuli region. During the battles, Armenians fired white phosphorus shells at civilians.
