Today The Commissioner for Human Rights Ombudsperson of Azerbaijan, held an online meeting with the Head of ICRC in Azerbaijan met with the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Azerbaijan, Ariane Bauer.
During the meeting, the Ombudsman informed Ms. Bauer about the acts of ill-treatment and torture of the Azerbaijani military captured by the Armenian armed forces, as well as the information disseminated on social media based on real images, Azvision reported .az.
