President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during a joint trip with First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva to Aghdam city raised the flag of Azerbaijan in Aghdam city, AzVision.az reports.
On November 10, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia signed an agreement to end six weeks of fierce fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the agreement, on November 20, the Aghdam region was handed over to Azerbaijan.
