"We have proved that PKK terrorists were deployed in Karabakh and targeted civilians. In the inertia of the Minsk Group, we also started to defend the rights of Azerbaijan," said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
Cavusoglu said that Azerbaijan was right and its territorial integrity has been restored.
"Azerbaijan returns its lands. Those forced to flee the occupied territories will be able to return. Connection will be created with Nakhchivan.We will also be on stage to protect these rights," Cavusoglu said.
