The European Social Services Awards (ESSA) is the initiative of the European Social Network and aim to assess the performance of social services and managers across Europe, as well as direct social service providers.

DOST Agency has been included in the list of finalists in the European Social Services Award (ESSA 2020) announced by the European Social Network as an organization implementing reforms and innovations in the field of fast and unimpeded delivery of social services to citizens.

Within the framework of the competition, the activity of the DOST Agency will be evaluated in the following areas: 132 population groups covered by DOST services, partners, performance algorithms, applied innovations. A significant part of the documents submitted to the ESSA competition relates to the differences brought by DOST centres to the quality of life of citizens and the current results of their activities.

It should be noted that the DOST Agency cooperates with various agencies in order to gain international recognition and exchange of experience. These include the International Labor Organization, the United Nations Population Fund, the United Nations Development Program and others.
