President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan title of 'National Hero of Azerbaijan'.
Under the relevant order, following servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been conferred with the title 'National Hero of Azerbaijan' for their special services in the restoration of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan and their courage in carrying out combat missions:
- Major General Hashimov Polad Israyil oglu (after his death)
- Colonel Mirzayev Ilgar Anzor oglu (after his death)
- Reserve Sergeant Major Huseynov Ibad Movsum oglu
