Azerbaijan and Turkey will overcome all the challenges together, says Erdogan

As a result of the 30-year of Armenian occupation, the regions of Azerbaijan were destroyed, and we saw that there were no stones left, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during his speech at the Victory Parade on Azadlig Square in Baku, AzVision.az reports.

"As my brother, President Ilham Aliyev said, there was no safe building to raise a flag in Fuzuli. All the cities and villages, including cemeteries, were destroyed. Mosques and minarets were demolished, too. Armenians targeted Ganja, Tartar, Agdam, Agjabadi, Barda killing 100 civilians and wounding 416. One million refugees and IDPs are already looking forward to returning to their homeland", Erdogan noted.

Turkish President also stated that if Armenia takes lessons from the recent events in the Nagorno-Karabakh, a new era will begin in the region.

"Azerbaijani lands have already reunited with the Tartar River, which they have been longing for years. The fogs at the top of the Shusha mountains are not longing anymore, Khary Bulbul is free now", he highlighted.

"Our goal is to build these lands. Turkey and Azerbaijan will continue to overcome difficulties as they stand shoulder to shoulder", he added.
