On December 13, 2020, at about 5 pm, an exploding landmine killed a resident of Aghdam district, Elchin Mammadov and maimed Azerbaijani serviceman and another district resident, Togrul Ahmadov in the Shahbulag village of Aghdam district, AzVision.az reports citing the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
The prosecutor's office and police officers immediately inspected the scene and the body, forensic medical examinations were appointed, and other necessary procedural actions were taken.
