Armenia returns 12 POWs to Azerbaijan

12 prisoners of war were returned to Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.

The commander of the Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov personally negotiated the exchange of prisoners, as a result of the agreements reached, 12 prisoners of war were returned to Azerbaijan, 44 to Armenia, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov said on Monday.
