President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order awarding a group of servicemen for their merits in restoring the territorial integrity of the country and for distinguishing themselves in their service, AzVision.az reports citing the Presidential press service.
Under the Presidential Order, 622 servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan received “For Bravery” medal.
5449 servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who successfully completed combat missions during the liberation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan and distinguished in maintaining the combat capability of our troops by destroying major enemy groups and equipments were awarded "Brave warrior" medal.
